I've been seeing Mr. Surrency for 5+ years and have always had nothing but the best care! From the time you walk into his office, not only are you greeted by his friendly and welcoming receptionist, your care is phenomenal. Mr. Surrency doesn't rush you out as most offices do, he listens and cares! Your well-being is his priority!
Bad receptionist and Dr. Gerry Surrency is reluctant, if he is even willing, to help with fmla paper work. My wife's job was at risk because of his lack of cooperation with the paper work.
Horrible receptionist! Always confused and sometimes rude!! I'm OUT... Found much better care elsewhere!
