Sharing a HORRIBLE experience I had here last Saturday evening. This is our go to spot for Gattis as I’m from Austin, and grew up on this place. I also worked at one for some time when I was younger. Says it's a buffet but it is not. Only sell pizza by the slice.
We have just started ordering with Mr. Gatti’s so we would get the sampler and it was great, now they are adding something to it that is cayenne pepper hot and we can’t eat the pizza. They have a high turn over with there employees. The ones they have now hide in the back waiting for the bell to chime so they will come out and my order said 11:30 pick up they were still working on the dough and the pepperoni rolls were over cooked.
