Walked in and GM Megan was at register. When I walked up she said that will be 20.95. I was like well I want the buffet and cards. Took my card loaded and handed back. I asked how much was on it. She only loaded 10. I said I wanted both buffets with card. I also let her know if she would ask questions instead of assuming. She has no customer service skills at all. This place broke my heart and I had my family with me for them to have the experience I thought I would be able to relive. It was the exact opposite. A "buffet" had three pizzas out and said if you dont see what you want we will make it. From the brown lettuce for salads to the old pizzas displayed were immediately asked for a refund. I walked out almost in tears. I wish people would take pride in the positions they applied for. Absolutely saddened.
Took my grandkids there. Their ages are 15, 7, 6 and 2. All of them had a great time. Food was good and had great service. Will definitely go back.
