Ordered today through door dash. They missed part of my order. Called in and the store realized their mistake and delivered the missing part of my order within 30 mins at not charge. Very impressed!
I’m in Fort Worth for a week and when I discovered there was a Mr. Gattis nearby it was the first place I wanted to eat at when we got to the city. Full disclosure I’ve been eating at Gattis for over 40 years. I’ve had it in the RGV, Dallas, Plano, Austin, Houston and all around Texas. I had high hopes to try it in a different city. And I can honestly say after thousands of visits, this trip did not disappoint. First the hospitality was outstanding. I was greeted by a man named Anthony and lovely young lady named Jimena. Always quiet when we go and empty, but the pizza is doughy and taste like stale, undercooked store bought pizza . My salad also had a painty taste. The games are fun but expensive and the candy we won from the claw machine was all old, expired, and melted. We had $10 worth of credits 250 credits for games and the prize was one smarty after 5 games like come on.
The manager’s (Megan) service here is amazing!!! She made our experience so amazing and really hooked us up. We keep talking about how great and sweet she was! We live kinda far but I will definitely be back!! My whole family had such a great time and the food was great 💕
