Came in at 8:30pm and there was nothing out just pizza ..I got a buffet for 3 and instead of telling us they just let us pay 40$ for pizza. Customer service was horrible they didn’t explain why there’s nothing out either just told me they have none

The customer service is awesome the food is amazing wonderful wonderful staff the food was fresh and tasty and our birthday party was a success the team members are Great.
So we went here recently for my sons birthday, we don't go out to eat often aside from trips, but every year prior we have taken him to Gattis, this time around the only issue was with the dishes, more specific just the utensils. Maybe they forgot to wash them, I don't know, this isn't a consistent place we go so maybe it was just bad day.
