Placed a delivery order from here and when it got here, we discovered they sent the wrong order. Called and spoke with manager Stephanie (I think that’s what her name was) and she was so sweet and professional and gave me 3 options to make it right. I chose to get a refund and it was taken care of immediately. Thank you Steph!!
Don’t waste your time and money here needless to say, I won’t be coming here anymore. I ordered a pizza. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I came within 20 minutes mark the pizza was cold and it wasn’t what I ordered. I was told that they couldn’t remake the order and gave me 50% the pizza looked old and it tasted old smh
Ordered delivery online for a meal “deal” of a pizza breadsticks and a desert for $30 (including fees and tip). Only a pizza arrives that is the smallest nastiest pizza I have seen in a while. So we call to see what happened; they say that is not a valid coupon online so it just voided it out. They made us drive back to get a refund. Ordered dominos instead and got 5 items for the same price. Will never order from this or any hardiest ever again.
