Sensational experience! Manbunco here. Pizza, prizes, gleeful toddlers — Mr. Gatti’s Pizza in Louisville has it all. The pizza was hot and fresh, the arcade was fun, and the staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful too. The whole place had a lively family atmosphere. Hehe, I didn’t loaf around. Easy 5 stars from Manbunco.
Okay more information has been requested about my one-star rating. So here it goes. Previously I had a five-star rating on this store because the people that work here make the best gatti's pizza out of all three gatti's pizzas in the area. Yesterday I called in a pizza about 30 minutes before close. I was only about 15 minutes away. When I arrived at the door was locked. I came for the buffet and was quite satisfied. With permission I took a look at the food first. I was happy with the fresh pizzas, salad bar, and orther choices; it would be easy to eat a nice meal never touch9ng the pizza. The staff was proactive in making sure customers where happy. On a school day at lunch time the clientele ran to families with small children, workers at lunch and retirees. Clean and friendly. Excellent fresh salad bar. Plenty of pizza choices and they will make what you want. Exceptional value. Nice game room.
