Awful service. Not the first time missing or getting the wrong food. Lady always having attitude or huffing and puffing like a child when asked for a bag. Food's good... but damn

Don't ever get gas from this place!!! I just tried getting gas at the pump#1, scaned my loyalty card then entered my bank card which only had $13 left on it, just enough for me to make it home from work. After I pulled my card out it said please see cashier. I then checked my bank account with my phone and it said I had $0 and that On The Run took $13 out. I went in and the cashier told me that I will need to use another form of payment and that the taken funds will be back in my account in 2 days! Luckily I found some chang... read more

The car wash itself is acceptable, however the hours are unpredictable. They rarely follow the posted hours. It is currently after 9am on a Friday. The hours posted online, on their website,and on the reader boards say they open at 8. They are still closed. If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn't dream of writing a review. However, it seems like they open when they want, close when they want, and don't give notice for when they are closed.
