markus replaced the battery in my Iphone and replaced the shattered glass but he did not use the same home button and now my phone is screwed up i have to use a button on the screen and now the phone will lock up. now i cant access my phone till the battery dies. markus told me he would fix it but now we can't get a hold of him no matter what we do. I lost my job thanks to him i want restatution.
Knowledgeable, nice guy but for the last month has gone AWOL! Store in Fowler never open after 6 attempts, phone # has no voicemail, doesn't respond to texts! He's holding my devices hostage - is Markus on vacation, taken another job or did he die!? Anyone know where this guy is?!!! I want my laptop ASAP!
