My furnace thermostat was acting up last night after my son knocked it off the wall , the heat kept going up up up , I had to shut it off to cool down house & after a few times it ended up re setting but when I was initially broken I called them at 930pm on a Sunday night , they quickly got me a tech to come at 8am to fix it but by 4am it started working so at 7am I called to cancel and they were so nice and understanding , I would of paid a cancellation fee if needed as it was very last minute . 10/10 service

The technician, Evan, was on time, explained everything clearly, gave me an estimate of cost and then performed the work quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
Been using Mr Furnace for many years. They are professional, efficient and reliable. Installed our air conditioner a few years ago and a new furnace this week. Communication was excellent, showed up on time and had it all done in 4 hrs. An excellent company with great staff. 5 stars for these guys. They really care.
