I had a very good experience with Mr. Furnace. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and he persevered until he identified and the problem. I had a bad experience with a different company the day before so was relieved and impressed with Mr. Furnace.
You can never go wrong with Mr. Furnace. I have been using Mr. Furnace for my HWT and HVAC needs for the past decade at both my current and former house. Any time an issue has come up, they have always been friendly, quick and professional. Today we had them out to install a new furnace. My furnace is in need of repair, my wife called only to be told they don’t service our area…(Lorette Manitoba) you installed the furnace in my house, now I have two small children ages 2 and 5 months in a house with no heat and I’m being told we have to wait till tuesday of next week. It’s Friday today and it’s almost winter time. Thanks a lot. 24 emergency service that’s a joke. False advertising!!!! Fixed by a more professional company.
