My furnace is in need of repair, my wife called only to be told they don’t service our area…(Lorette Manitoba) you installed the furnace in my house, now I have two small children ages 2 and 5 months in a house with no heat and I’m being told we have to wait till tuesday of next week. It’s Friday today and it’s almost winter time. Thanks a lot. 24 emergency service that’s a joke. False advertising!!!! Fixed by a more professional company.
We recently had a new furnace installed and our ducts cleaned. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and communication of everyone who works here. My furnace thermostat was acting up last night after my son knocked it off the wall , the heat kept going up up up , I had to shut it off to cool down house & after a few times it ended up re setting but when I was initially broken I called them at 930pm on a Sunday night , they quickly got me a tech to come at 8am to fix it but by 4am it started working so at 7am I called to cancel and they were so nice and understanding , I would of paid a cancellation fee if needed as it was very last minute . 10/10 service
My daughter's furnace was acting up and everyone that I dealt with at Mr. Furnace were professional and friendly. The office staff were excellent. The technician, Evan, was on time, explained everything clearly, gave me an estimate of cost and then performed the work quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
