In a world where nothing is cheap, Mr Fridge is a downright bargain, excellent value. We have a 17 year old built-in unit with cabinet panels that is prohibitively expensive to replace with a new version of this style. Mr Fridge has been out once in 2021 (Alex) for an issue and again in 2026 (Andrey) for another issue. Both times it was a couple hours of work that got us all squared away and working again like new. At some point we'll need to throw in the towel on this unit. But for now, spending $250-300 every 5 years or so... read more
SCAM!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Just search “Mr Fridge scam” on Google to see info about this shady company.(See picture below) I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this experience was truly outrageous. My refrigerator was still functioning and only had a noise issue. During the first visit, they told me it was just a minor fan problem and said they would order a replacement fan. Three weeks later, this company came back and removed other critical parts from my refrigerator, leaving it completely non-functional. ... read more
Asked for a diagnosis of my fridge/freezer. They told me the day before the appointment they would come around 8am-12pm on the appointment day. The day of the appointment I got a text that they will be here now between 3:30-5:30pm. I figured it’s fine, I’ll move some plans around just so I can get my refrigerator looked at. Called them after 5:30pm since I heard no update on their location or if they’re still coming at all. After calling them, They informed me they won’t be able to come until after 7pm which is way too late.... read more
Technician was prompt and kind. He used booties to cover his shoes. He explained the process and showed me the parts he was servicing. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I was able to get a next day appointment. No complaints, I highly recommend Mr. Fridge!
Really good honest company. I have used them 3 separate times for my cafe and they have fixed the issue very fast and efficiently. They all seem to be Russian and they are very nice people! They let you know exactly what’s wrong, the cost and if it’s worth fixing or if you should buy a new appliance (most of my equipment is old and or used) I highly recommend them to anyone with fridge issues.
