In a world where nothing is cheap, Mr Fridge is a downright bargain, excellent value. We have a 17 year old built-in unit with cabinet panels that is prohibitively expensive to replace with a new version of this style. Mr Fridge has been out once in 2021 (Alex) for an issue and again in 2026 (Andrey) for another issue. Both times it was a couple hours of work that got us all squared away and working again like new. Really good honest company. I have used them 3 separate times for my cafe and they have fixed the issue very fast and efficiently. They all seem to be Russian and they are very nice people! They let you know exactly what’s wrong, the cost and if it’s worth fixing or if you should buy a new appliance (most of my equipment is old and or used) I highly recommend them to anyone with fridge issues.
The professional was lovely. He was super kind and nice to my very hard of hearing elderly father. He fixed the problem and we’re super happy we don’t need a new fridge. He cleaned up after his fixes and said if we need him, call him. We will! Would highly recommend Mr. Fridge to family and friends. Thanks for helping us out!
I work as the service manager for a gelato machine manufacturer and have been using Mr. Fridge for service for about one year now. Since the first time they ran a service call for me what stands out to me the most is their punctuality, very responsive communication, and most importantly their technical abilities and competence. Ok, I have such low expectations on getting help but Mr. Fridge was great. Got an appointment the very next day for a fridge install with an external water filter because Albert Lee was backed up. Sasha the technician was helpful, detail oriented, on time, prepared, and nice. And most importantly the job was done well.
