I had an excellent experience with Vlad from Mr. Fridge! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently repaired my refrigerator. What impressed me most was how thoroughly he explained the issue and walked me through the repair process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The technician came and worked on my dishwasher and did a great job. Price was great and he stayed for several hours until it was fixed. Even looked at my fridge for free because the noise was driving me crazy.. I would definitely recommend them for service and would use them again.
Great experience with Mr. Fridge! Igor and Andree came out to repair our walk-in cooler and did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The price was reasonable and the repair was done quickly with great results. Highly recommend this company if you need reliable refrigeration service! I would definitely give 5 stars for them but I had some issues with scheduling with office staff in the beginning so minus one
Great communication to set up appointment and leading up to the appointment. Service person was very polite and professional. Came in took a look, ran some tests, made a recommendation and was patient while decision was made. I would recommend Mr. Fridge to any others seeking refrigerator repairs.
First off, I rarely do public reviews but I HAD to say something about this company, specifically, Ilia & Vlad, the technicians sent to fix my merchandiser. These gents are the real deal - totally moved the needle in restoring my faith in service technicians. I contacted Mr Fridge the day my merchandiser quit; they showed up the next day; diagnosed the issue in 12mins; gave me my options AND executed my chosen option in ~15mins.
