I work as the service manager for a gelato machine manufacturer and have been using Mr. Fridge for service for about one year now. Since the first time they ran a service call for me what stands out to me the most is their punctuality, very responsive communication, and most importantly their technical abilities and competence. I'm impressed! Ilia came to our home ON TIME and was very professional and pleasant. After I explained the problem, he went straight to work. I like that he spoke to me about my freezer in a way I could understand. Once he found the problem and fixed it, he cleaned up everything (I actually think it's cleaner now than it was before 😳😄). I had a freezer drawer sticking issue. Easy to set an appointment online with Mr. Fridge and then good texting communication along the way regarding the timing and visit of the technician. The technician fixed the issue, explained what happened, was friendly, and charged us a fair price. If I have any other refrigerator future issues . . . I will definitely use Mr. Fridge again.
