Haircuts are honestly great no issue there, but timeliness is an issue. Had 4 haircuts here, 1st - barber rescheduled my appointment on his own accord after I was already charged 2nd - had to wait 40 mins after scheduled apt since a mother wanted her 2nd son to get a cut as well and the barber decided to use my apt time for this so i had to sit and wait 3rd - perfect! 4th - 12pm apt, barber never showed i stood in front of the shop for 30 mins outside and just left, 6 hours later got a refund with no explanation

Last Update- Despite my disappointment in the fall, I decided to go ahead and continue to book my sons haircut there. I booked a week in advance, received the confirmation text and the day of the appointment comes around , no one is there and my son calls me to say the the doors are locked . I don’t know what is going on at this place. Used to give stellar cuts and now this is 3rd time they are not on site for booked appointments. I took my 3 year old who has sensory issues here for his first haircut, the guy was super helpful in recommending the best cut since his hair is curly and I have no experience with curly hair, he made my son comfy and was patient with him when he became fussy or upset while also doing a great job on the cut. Great place for a cut.

Update-After multiple attempts finally successful receiving credit for appointment they cancelled at last minute. I have been taking my son here for several years and we usually like the cut and convenient location for us. Im giving a 1 star review because I made an appointment for a Thursday evening at 7:30. At 7:15 Kevin contacts us asking to reschedule to next day. We agree reluctantly but thankful because appointment will still happen before school dance and my son desperately needs a cut. The best place ever. My five year old boy love him… It was instant connection. He is patient and knows how to deal with kid. Blew my mind how he handled my special need child… That was unbelievable…
