Solid spot and barbers. Parking is easy and getting there is easy. I like coming here midweek, mid work hours as there's very little to no line. It does get pretty busy in the late afternoons and weekends and with good reason. One of the few barbershops in the southend that i've found to understand how to do proper fades, straight edge line ups and they also know how to cut/style top of hair as well. Sucks cause I use to love this place. Then I got this new dude yesterday and honestly one of the worst cuts ever. Brought up my hairline making me practically look bald. Hella aggressive with clippers. Actually nicked me to where I left bleeding a bit. Fade went to a 0 which I did not ask for and he cut my beard without asking. Dude had a real “I don’t give a shit” vibe. I’m sure most of the other dudes are great but I won’t be back again

I booked an appointment for 2:00 PM and arrived on time, but I wasn’t seen until 3:10 PM. Instead of an apology or any respect for my time, I was just told to “sit.” Then the barber disappeared to the bathroom for another 20 minutes without any update or explanation. I came for a service and left with pure disappointment. Professionalism isn’t just about the haircut — it’s about respecting customers, keeping appointments, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. I won’t be coming back.

Unexpert barber not cut my hair neat and in my favours, just tried my sides and back, didn't check my hair well left messy. I am really disappointed with barber named Ahamd so bad experience
