I’ve submitted a request for over a month and still no response
Had my boiler shut off he got here in 30 min and back up and running within an hour amazing service
Had a work order open for a week. Left 2 messages. Not even a call back.
If I could give him no stars I would! We have been waiting since July 8th ,2022 for a diagnosis to submitted to our warranty company. We have had multiple conversations with the warranty company and Mr freeze.with no resolution to our problem. Mr freeze has not even submitted a diagnosis to the warranty company and today is 8/29. I would Never recommend this contractor to anyone!we have been told for the last several weeks parts are ordered.and will be here on Friday.
