I would have given this 5 stars in both categories, but the selection of gold accents wasn't as large as I thought it should have been. My husband and his best man came here for their wedding attire. After having exhausted all the big and tall stores from Eugene to Portland and even looking while on a trip in California, we decided to rent. The customer service was fantastic! I purchased a tuxedo from the Beaverton location,. I had a few black tie events coming up over the next year and the staff helped me with purchasing everything I needed instead of renting. I was able to purchase all the pieces needed from head to toe. Thanks!
Checked out the new store behind Arby's ....no need to look in a book...looks like the samples of everything. Didn't realize you could rent a suit also. Nick was great...

The quality of customer service is fantastic. I order a tux for my boyfriend for prom, no matter how busy they were, they took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed for our prom.
Whether you need a something silly for a costume party or something nice for a big event, you're sure to find it at Mr. Formal's Clearance Outlet. The prices are better than any place in town (especially overpriced "Vintage Clothing" stores) and the service is great (no pushy salespeople, thank God). While you're there, get on their mailing list for their annual warehouse sale in October -- I've found some wicked nice deals.
