It was our first time ordering from Mr Florist but it shortly won’t be the last. The arrangements were beautifully made and delivered in a timely manner. Their customer service was exceptional. I had called earlier in the day to make sure everything was going well and I was given the appropriate and correct information. My family and I are very pleased and grateful for such an amazing service specially on the occasion
Quality is not guaranteed. Ordered my mom some flowers and they were a complete mess. Some were broken, not in bloom, and they did not match the picture. They also completely missed adding some of the flowers that were supposed to come with the arrangement. I tried to refund it but I couldn’t, it was just a complete disappointment. If you don’t have something, and you can’t manage to at least make it look nice, and your quality is compromised, as a business that’s unacceptable.
