Great shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and good service. This shop accepts my Carmax extended warranty and I can’t be happier.
My husband and I had a hard time finding a mechanic. We spoke with Dustin and was immediately impressed by how accommodating and understanding he was. He went above and beyond and made it less intimidating for us to get our car fixed. We were quoted less than half of what Honda would otherwise charge us.
I went to Mr. Fix It Auto Care when the air conditioning on my 2017 Escalade Platinum started blowing warm air and I dealt with Dustin who was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all vehicles. I made an apt and as soon as I arrived Dustin and his team were on it right away. I needed a Freon fill and a new part from GM. Dustin was able to get me cold air for the day then the next morning my new part arrived I drove in and drove out 20 minutes later with freezing cold air. Thank you Dustin👍👍👍👍👍👍

The customer service was amazing the second I walked into the shop. They didn’t try to oversell or make it hard on me. They found the problem so we ordered the parts and repaired it in a couple hour window. Very nice and genuine service and I would refer them anytime I know someone who needs car repairs or even to customize their car too. Not many shops are like this one with nice and happy workers. Which means I will be coming back anytime I have a problem or want to customize my car.
