Lorenzo responded quickly and did a site visit, discussed our needs, offered alternatives and gave us a quick turnaround on the quotation. We really appreciated how he told us when he would be here each day so we could plan accordingly. Lorenzo was flexible when changes had to be made. The project turned out great and we are more than satisfied with the enrire experience.

Michael and I used Mr. Fix It to replace our screens on our porch. We reached out by phone on a Saturday and was surprised that someone was in the office. Lorenzo and Alex were great. Had a load bearing post on our covered patio that was rotting at the base. Found Lorenzo's company through a Google Search, read his reviews (Which were fantastic) and saw that he's been THE "Mr Fix It" for over 15 years, so we gave him a call.
