Bad business practices Updated response to owner: Oh yes you have, bud. You’ve done work for my husband. Your snarky response was expected. You are dishonest and a scammer.
I would give this guy 0 stars if I could. Mr. Fix It came on March 4 to my house to repair a bathtub drain assembly issue. He was here all of 20 minutes and it was $120. Mind you he is not a plumber just a handyman but charges like a plumber. The tub was still holding water when showering so I called to see if he could come check to see if it needed adjusting. I was not home when he came. He said that it was hair in the drain (asked him to leave me the hair but none found) and so it was a new problem, and he charged me anoth... read more
Grant has done many projects for me at my house and job over the last 15 years. Top-notch service and craftsmanship. He is also very up front with what jobs are in his wheelhouse and what jobs are not. He's also honest with pricing and sets realistic expectations for the finished project and cost. Highly recommend to anyone.
