I brought my food processor into Charlie’s Electronicsbecause it had stopped working. They kept it for several days, and when I received the call saying it was ready, I expected a typical repair bill. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. Reasonable turnaround time to acquire needed part and then install. Price a little high for part and install completion, but fair enough in general, but only 3mo guarantee on part, and in this case part was about 10mo old and had to be replaced again. TV had been in use for 6yrs previously with no problems…🤷‍♂️

My Sony DVD player had no power. I checked fuses and power chord but they were good. I dropped it off and in less than a week they repaired it. The price was extremely reasonable. Thank you.

Ive spoken to the new owner Mario about three times on the phone about scheduling an appointment to repair my Jukebox. I’ve left several messages on his phone. Ive visited the shop and left technical manuals and contact. He scheduled an appointment he blew off without any notice. This business is a waste of time and effort. No respect for his clients, no follow up.
