Had Mr. Fence close off two sides of my yard today with vinyl fencing.I am very pleased with the work done.The 3 men worked very hard in the heat today and did a good job in the clean up.
Had appointment scheduled for 8 AM they show at 2 PM and at 4 They was ready to leave without finishing job. Second appointment they nonstop complaining about what they need to do and nonstop used unappropriated language toward me. Office was rude to me. Because of the minor obstacles on the work, which they estimated and calculated, they drop job in the middle and left without any explanation. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! STAY AWAY, IF YOU DO NOT NEED HEADACHE!!!
The sales process was great, everyone in the company was friendly and available to answer any questions we had. On install day we had problems with the crew fighting and throwing fence posts in our yard, it was loud and disruptive to my children and quite unprofessional. Our main issue is that the fence was not placed on our property line. We had removed a fence and asked (on the day that they came out to measure as well as on the day of install) that the previous post holes be used, we were told this was no problem.
