We had Mr Exterminator come in to deal with carpenter ants. They came promptly the day we called to do an initial inspection. Sam, the tech was very professional. Identified the problem and also found some traces of mice. They came back the same day with a detailed quote for both. The next day they came to do the full treatment. Came say day for inspection and gave his best advice. While he said there wasnt he could do for an animal in our chimney he was open to brainstorming and did help us try to smoke it out with a product. He mentioned that the company would send us a quote for work to trap the animal and we never recieved a quote.
I've had Mr Exterminator service my insect needs now for a few years. Prompt service always. Courteous Staff. Job well done. In the most recent visit I had a technician by the name of Elias. This young man was the most nicely mannered and polite service worker I've experienced in a long time. He took the time to take me around the house and showed me everywhere he was going to spray.
