Just called with a question about pests and the company hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Edited to add** It did say the phone call was recorded. Please free to add the recording of you hanging up on me. I did not say goodbye and neither did you. You did not answer my question and were rude when I spoke to you. I called another company who was very professional and offer advice on what I should do. Avoid this company!

I phoned Mr Exterminator and it was answered by a very pleasant knowledgeable lady, who explained the process and cost of someone coming out to assess my situation. She immediately set up a time for me the next day. Upon Sam coming out and analyzing the situation said you really don’t have a problem and there will be No Charge, we are local and if you ever need us you know where to call…….He made my day and I’m happy to at least leave a review about what a professional and honourable company they are.
