Do companies like this usually come out, give a quote, agree on a price say they need 1/2 down but not leave a work order or any kind of paperwork with the customer outlining the price, plan and choices chosen? I mean it's a lot of money so there should be proof they were there right? Just wondering what experience the other customers have had since there is quite a mixed bag of reviews.
Wife and I are very happy with our patio cover just what we wanted. Workmanship is top notch crue is a great bunch of guys recommended to one and all !!!
Called them 6-7 times last year and called once this year. Trying to get the built in gutters fixed. I can't get anything except excuses.
