I was given a convenient appointment time and there was constant follow-up to ensure customer service quality. Where do I start man…Clay with Mr. Electric came out on a lighting job for inside my home (my wife wanted to modernize our lighting with recessed lighting) and man it exceeded our expectations! The amount of aesthetics it brings to our home now is absolutely amazing. Josh also came out to help him and he was equally a delight to work with. Josh Rodriguez is an absolutely top-notch electrician. The electrical system in my house is pretty unusual, but Josh had no problem figuring everything out and getting it done right. He was incredibly clean and organized — he actually left my house cleaner than when he started! On top of that, he’s got an awesome mustache that deserves its own 5 stars. These guys are total scammers. Stay away from them. I needed a fan switch in the bathroom replaced. This is something I can usually do but was having problems. The guy shows up and says $447 to "diagnose" the problem. I knew this was a job that should take a couple of minutes. Stupid me I agreed to be extorted by this guy. As part of his diagnosis, he said that our electrical panel was shot and there was danger of our house burning down. He gave us an estimate for $8500 to replace the panel. Hmmm.
