Josh was great! As was his colleague, Clay. Josh helped us with sorting an improperly installed wall oven and was super nice, knowledgeable and professional.i am relieved to know that I can call on a qualified, polite and kind electrician when I need one. After getting screwed by various contractors, this was a nice surprise. The Mr electric process was also super helpful and thoughtful with several check in points which was much appreciated. I seldom give reviews-but this was a really great experience. Highly recommended.
I had an emergency electrical issue, and Mr. Electric of Vancouver was amazing from start to finish. The person who answered the phone listened patiently and reassured me while I was in a panic, which I really appreciated. They sent out Josh first thing in the morning, and he was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. Clay is an expert in his craft! Extremely professional and knowledgable. Clay showed up on an emergency call and got my work from home set up powered back up. He also called out some previous hone owner DIY that was presenting a safety hazard and remedied a compliant solution. I will 100% be coming back to this business and its because of Clay. Clay was very customer focused. He explained everything that needed to be done for installing a new electrical board. Clay also addressed a few additional issues that needed attention.
