We had Mr. Electric come out and do service on our generator. Their technician, Devin Libby, quickly diagnosed the issue. He did a thorough check on the system. He did not have the part he needed to fix our generator but within 20 minutes he had a new part and the installation was quick. He went over the pros and cons of having a contract with Mr Electric and because of our confidence in him we bought an annual service plan.
