Technician argued with me about whether I had a problem while I demonstrated that I did. (Thermostat needed to be rewired to furnace) Was unwilling to remedy the problem. Threw some shade at me while in my house on a call. Overall an unpleasant experience.
This morning 12/31/25 some of the electricity went out in my 101 year old house, and some lights were on, but very dimly. I assumed it was an issue with my house. I called just after 8 am and was surprised when someone answered right away and said someone could come out this morning. It turned out that there was an XCel power outage.
