First of all, I appreciate that they do free quotes. Second, I had completely lost service to my house after a storm. Matt came out and got me a quote within two days and I got the work done within two days of receiving the quote. Matt and Rob were both great to work with and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable having them do the work I needed done
Technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to fix my electrical problem in less than an hour. Mr. Electric's fees are very reasonable for the service they provide. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric Company for your electrical repairs.
Scheduled a free quote and was given a 12–2 PM window. No one showed. I had to call at 2:20 PM to find out what was going on, only to be told 4:00 PM—then pushed again to at least 4:30 PM. At no point did they proactively communicate any delays. I drove in from Valparaiso and wasted over six hours of my day because of completely unreliable scheduling and poor communication. If this is the level of service Mr. Electric considers acceptable, that speaks for itself. If you value your time, you may want to look elsewhere.
This company is amazing. I called a couple other electricians and nobody wanted to help me or they wanted a service fee just to look at what needed to be done. Matt came out gave me an honest quote and gave me a breakdown on how he was going to do all the work. After the free estimate he got straight to work. Rob came by shortly after and helped Matt because it was a lot that I needed fixed. They were both really cool and I will definitely be using Mr. Electric for now on. Thank you again.
