The tech said the breaker was bad. Charged me $600 to replace it and my hot tub still tripping the breaker so obviously that wasn’t the issue. Then says well it must be in the hot tub and leaves so where’s my $600. Won’t ever use this company again!!!
The technicians were very polite and answered all my questions and did a great job. Definitely would recommend them.
First of all, I appreciate that they do free quotes. Second, I had completely lost service to my house after a storm. Matt came out and got me a quote within two days and I got the work done within two days of receiving the quote. Matt and Rob were both great to work with and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable having them do the work I needed done
Technician arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to fix my electrical problem in less than an hour. Mr. Electric's fees are very reasonable for the service they provide. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric Company for your electrical repairs.
