I contacted them to replace my main breaker. As a fellow tradesmen who works in the electrical field, I knew that my breaker was not made anymore and I needed a panel replacement. I also knew what my problem was when I contacted them. I liked the gentleman who came out to quote the job, they were very kind, they did not lie about what I needed. ***Don't ever use this company! They are scammers and take advantage of widows!!! I had a GFI plug that kept tripping, called Mr. Electric because of their great ratings never again! Tyler shows up, test the breakers and says they are all fine, he says he needs to replace the GFI plug, he does, tells me it's going to cost close to $300. Said he needed to get something from his truck. While he's gone I heard a crackling noise from the breaker box! I run and get him, the breaker to the plug was melting 🫠 ! I called them and advised them that my pool had voltage. I was not sure if it was a pool issue or electrical issue. They came out and charged me $479 an hour to diagnose, which they had not told me prior to coming out, only to find out it was a pool issue. Extremely expensive.
