We had a tree that came down and tore the electric line off the house, I called Mr. Electric and they had someone here within a couple of hours. The serviceman was polite, knowledgeable and fast, he actually fixed the line in the dark, based on my experience I would recommend this company.
I needed a plug installed to an over-the-range microwave and the service was able to get to me within a reasonable timeframe. Being remote, it was nice to get the updates throughout the process as well as final pictures of the completed project.
We used Mr. Electric when a storm blew out the microwave in our Short Term Rental. Because we had guests occupying the space at the time, we had to reschedule a few times and the dispatcher was incredibly helpful and patient with us through that process. The tech that came out (Zach) was very kind, personable and professional.
