Tech arrived on time and polite and professional. Understood what we wanted and did a great job
Great experience with tech, very friendly and knowledgeable and repaired my issue. Although an expensive visit for advanced review and repair, I feel the tech spent the time and care reviewing the situation needed as well as reviewing the entire house system that validated the more than expected cost.
Great customer service! From my initial call in and scheduling, to the updates on arrival time, to the work being completed. My electrician Calvin handled my issue, explained everything thoroughly and even made recommendations to prevent future issues. 10 out of 10- would recommend!
