The price was high imo, but I admit it's a slightly uneducated opinion. Still giving a 5 star because they were clear about any charges before they started AND they did the work on emergency notice within 6 hours of me calling them. Also the guy was pretty nice. So 5 stars, you probably get what you pay for.
Jason did an excellent job. Showed up on time, communicated extremely well, did a professional installation, and then cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.
We had a power surge wipe out the entire electrical to my home. Jason Wakley came out on an emergency dispatch call, middle of the weekend. Jason and his crew restored power to my home the same day. They came back later in the week to replace the entire panel and burned up outlets. Phenomenal work, done quick. I could not recommend them more.
Mr. Electric, Saginaw. Jeremy Fairchild was the electrician. Top notch service all the way. He had to come back, date was set, and he was back on time as scheduled. Bam....all done. Thank you.
I called a week ago to set up an appointment. The young lady said someone would get back with me to confirm. Today, July 23, I get a message telling me I need to reschedule for July 24 the day on which they are supposed to be here. Why do I need to reschedule the day before you get here when I called a week ago to schedule my appointment? My electrical needs are just as important as the next person. Terrible customer service.
