I called a week ago to set up an appointment. The young lady said someone would get back with me to confirm. Today, July 23, I get a message telling me I need to reschedule for July 24 the day on which they are supposed to be here. Why do I need to reschedule the day before you get here when I called a week ago to schedule my appointment? My electrical needs are just as important as the next person. Terrible customer service.

Called for emergency service and someone was able to come out same day to assess the issue. Problem was resolved quickly and professionally ensuring our safety. Out of several other local electrical companies they are the only ones offering 24/7 emergency services that actually responded. I 100% recommend as a first choice to anyone needing electrical work. Worst company ever if you are a homeowner beware they try to take advantage of you. Most overpriced company there is. Just find another company if you read this review Honestly
Greg was excellent. He went through house did a good safety check, explained everything that needed to be updated to code. He took his time did his job correctly and was not in hurry to get job done and leave quickly. Highly suggest Greg, he knows his stuff.
