The gentlemen were courteous and professional. Made very good sense on the electrical requirements I needed for my house. Would definitely hire again for any electrical issues!
Although the electrician who came out was very nice, this company completely tried to gouge me. They actually wanted to charge me over $6k to hang a $350 chandelier! Ridiculous because I got three other quotes @ $900-1000. (Because I have high ceilings) However, they also tried to sneak in an $85 extra warranty fee BS that you would never know if you didn’t review quote carefully. From my first communication with Mr. Electric they were highly responsive and professional. I needed electric rewired for my disposal in order to comply with the code but it became more complicated and turned into a two visit process but their technician Eric identified the issues and explained it to me clearly so I understood what needed to happen and they made sure to prioritize getting it fixed correctly.
