We scheduled Mr.Electric to check on a short in a light fixture. We initially had to reschedule and they were understanding and came out within a couple of days! He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He answered questions, did the prescribed work in a timely manner. We were pleased and would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone experiencing electrical Issues!

Great experience! This experience began with the front office staff and ended with a thorough explanation by the technician. My problem was handled in a rapid and professional manner! I will definitely recommend Mr Electric to my family and friends!

Just my experience but here it is. I had them come out for a very simple hot tub hook up. The box is right next to the tub so should be very routine. The assessment alone took 2.5 hours. The upselling session another 35 minutes. BEFORE any work had been done. They then overbid the project by $450(which is basically double what the project should cost). Lisa and Virginia were incredibly rude. I was under the impression that the cost of services were ~$1,100 and the technician quoted the job at $3,500. The women in the front office were rude and didn't have any customer service. I asked to speak to the owner and was told no. Avoid this company at all cost. They also told me after the fact that they recorded the conversation -- even thhough they didn't say this up front.

Predatory pricing at it's best - beware!! Today I received a hand written quote with no break down of parts & labor pricing for $1,145 to install a dedicated outlet that is no more than 12 horizontal-feet from my electrical panel - in a brand new home (moved in less than a month ago). Material and parts needed for this would be a 20amp arc fault breaker ($50), 50ft of 10/2 romex wire ($55), outlet/wall box/plate ($40) = $145 in material/parts.
