Second great experience with Mr. Electric. Called them Friday. They were able to come out Saturday with no extra fee! Had a 10-2 window. They called and said tech could be there by 3:00 if we would still be available. We were. Greatly appreciate the update and the professionalism. I knew when it was our turn we’d get the same service the people before us received. Which we did! Thank God for Mr. Electric! My smoke detector was making an ear PIERCING noise, and the first company I called said they would come out today, but then said they would come Monday instead. I cannot listen to that sound for two days. So I called Mr. Electric and they came the exact same day and replaced all of my smoke detectors. The detectors didnt have batteries, only wires, so I definitely was not going to touch wires! No thanks! They are all fixed now! You never realize how great the quiet is until it's gone. If I could give this company 6 STARS i would. Josh Rogan is the absolute most professional service technician I’ve ever dealt with in my 44 years on this planet. Everything he said needed to be done got done in a timely manner. He explained what he was going to do as well as what he did in a clear way that I could understand. Zack from Mr Electric has delivered two separate jobs for me with professionalism, confidence and always a good job done. Mr Electric has highly qualified electricians and they take their results seriously. I will definitely call them the next time I need electrical work. Update: 8/19/2025 I called Mr. Electric for another job - I added four puck lights to a room and two electric outlets for a speaker upgrade. I requested Zack and they sent him out the same day.
