Friendly and helpful, until there is a problem with their work. They will not respond and hang up on you when you call to get answers about their work. Beware!

Business response:

We have reviewed our records and we do not show you as a customer of ours. We are not sure who serviced your electrical project, but we suggest reaching out to the company who serviced you.

Literally the most rude and unethical company I’ve ever dealt with, charges me over $1K and did not complete the work. Had to have them come back out 4 times, offered me a refund and then hung up on me and ignored my calls. DO NOT USE THEM.

Business response:

We set a high standard for our organization and are truly sorry to hear that you feel this standard was not met. We treat every review, positive and negative, as an opportunity to learn and improve. We feel it is important to add context to this review. We were initially requested to come out regarding this customer’s pool pump not working as it kept tripping the breaker and an exterior outlet not working. I called because half my electricity was out in my home. I thought one of the main circuit breakers went out. James diagnosed the problem and fixed it without costing me a fortune. I will go to them for all my electrical needs.

They came out to give me a quote on a ceiling fan installation. My ceiling is about 18 ft so I would expect additional costs; however, not an additional $596.10! I just received a quote from a reputable company for a fraction of their $860.10 quote! Do your homework on them.....

Predatory pricing at it's best - beware!! Today I received a hand written quote with no break down of parts & labor pricing for $1,145 to install a dedicated outlet that is no more than 12 horizontal-feet from my electrical panel - in a brand new home (moved in less than a month ago). Material and parts needed for this would be a 20amp arc fault breaker ($50), 50ft of 10/2 romex wire ($55), outlet/wall box/plate ($40) = $145 in material/parts. So according to this quote their labor would be *$1,000*!!! For a job this easy - ... read more
