What an amazing experience. I called Mr. Electric of Front Royal on a rainy Saturday afternoon in December from Berkeley Springs, WV (Over an hour away) and these wonderful people came out to my home and fixed my electrical emergency. This is a wonderful husband and wife team. I would recommend them any day. Thanks so much for everything!

Outstanding Service and Work! First off - When I called Mr. Electric I was greeted warmly and professionally. I was able to get the date and time I needed for the estimate. I was even provided an email notification with the name and picture of the electrician. Bobby came out. (I beleive he was the owner) he was on time and professional. I called Mr. Electric on a saturday because I had a whole circuit go out in my house and could not figure out why. When I called I asked if they would be able to come out that day and look at it. They said they would call me back with a rate. They never called back then called me early on monday to acknowledge I had called their emergency line and told me they would not be able to come out for two weeks. If they were unavailable on the saturday I called they should have been up front and honest.

Called these guys when we woke up and half of our house had no power. They made it to our house by 930 (called them at 830) and discovered it was a power company issue...the gentleman called the power company (and there was no charge for his visit) Great service. We will be going with them from here on out!

Left without completing work, for another appointment, didn't have everything needed to complete the work, was slow in preforming his work, couldn't provide copy of billing from company iPad to my email address.
