Wow, arrived ahead of time, put in new outdoor fans and lights in no time, and were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
I’ve known Erik Redd all his life. He is a La Tech graduate in electrical engineering. He is a Christian with high morals, honesty, integrity, and kindness. He has always been able to fix things . My 91 year old mother lives in a large home constructed in the fifties. It had the original wiring and switches. We were concerned about a fire hazard. The technicians were prompt and did a good job. It took them 1/2 hour to diagnose and make the required repair. I obtained a $20 coupon from, Heath, the owner's Mr. Electric website to use toward payment of the invoice. The invoiced amount before tax was $195; $212.63 with tax. I gave the technician a check for $212.63 but forgot to give him the $20 off coupon. The technician did not leave me my copy of the invoice when he left my home at about 2:30pm. Taylor showed up early and took care of our list. He is very smart and easy to work with. We have a new electrician for our family and friends.
We had someone come out to our house about 2 years ago and they didn't charge us by things that we needed fixed around the house by the hour. It was awesome. Less expensive than we were thinking.
Called and got appointment for a panel issue. Electrician named Chuck came out and he was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote before he started and stuck to price once finished. I recommended to my friend and they were pleased also.
I used Mr electric on my new/older home and they were on time and fixed my electrical issues and labeled my breaker. Nice customer service. Do try ����
Very unprofessional. Never showed to perform the work. Never called, and did not answer the telephone when we tried to reach them. Plenty of better electricians in this area.
They do a great job handling and fixing all my electrical problems. I highly recommend.
