A couple of issues trying to get service. Scheduling needs some work. The technician (Lucas) finally got here, he went straight to work. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. He was a very personable articulate young man with good manners. He discounted my invoice because of all the issues with scheduling which was greatly appreciated. Not happy with the scheduling but I'm told they're working to correct it. No question though, next time I need another electrician I'm going to call these folks again and ask for Luca... read more
Had a great experience with Mr. Electric of Manchester. Lucas came out to install our EV charger and was awesome from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and respectful, and we ended up having a really good conversation about EVs since he was interested in them too. I had to leave for work before he finished, so my wife took over from there. Lucas was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Even while dealing with all of our pets, the crazy heat and humidity, and spiders that we weren't aware of in the crawlspace(!!!), he was polite, professional, and incredibly efficient! We have several more projects that we need handled and we will DEFINITELY be calling them in the future! 10/10!
