Caleb was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, polite, professional and didn’t mind all my questions! He got the issue resolved quickly and even found and corrected an issue I didn’t know I had with a newly installed light fixture. I appreciated his expertise and quick troubleshooting to fix my issues! Will certainly call Mr. Electric again if the need arises.
Did a excellent job but a little expensive
José came on time to check the hookup for my stove, a flickering light, and an outlet that wasn't working. I was told by the stove installer I needed a new hookup for the stove or it would quit working. José told me the hookup was fine and the right one needed for the stove and just needed to cover the cord. The flickering light was just a bulb issue (I felt dumb, but my house is old and I'm paranoid about the electricity! It just started blinking!), and the GFC outlet needed to be replaced. Initially disappointed with my service because of pricing etc but I want to say the technician, Jose was incredible and worked his tail off for hours in 90 degree heat both times he visited my home. The best thing about Jose was how communicative he was. He really went above and beyond.
