The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was securely mounted and balanced. The wiring was handled neatly, and the fan runs smoothly with no wobble or noise. They cleaned up afterward and walked me through the settings and remote functions. Overall, a reliable, hassle‑free installation that I would confidently recommend.

Our appointment window was 12pm - 4pm. At 2:30pm, we received notification that the technician would be unable to make our appointment. Booked with this company specifically for being "dependable". That was not the case for us and we were left disappointed and scrambling. Will not be considering this business in the future.
I tried two other electricians and they wouldn't even show up. My electrician with Mr. Electric gave me a 25 mins heads up when he was on his way. I got a price on the service before he began. He was done in about an hour and I was very impressed with the quality of work.
