Had an appt for an estimate for my business they failed to make the appointment. 3 mos later and I still have not even been able to get an estimate for services. I was looking to spend around 40k but I guess they are too busy.

Service was very quick and exactly what I needed. The technician, Earl, was very clear and effective in communicating the process for the service he was performing. I wish the price was a bit lower than $900 for ~2 hours of labor with no material used but such is utility service.
