Summary: Professional Service from start to finish. I had a concern about my breaker tripping even though it was reset. I contacted Mr. Electric, and was set up for an appointment within the same day. My technician was William. He took the time to review my concerns and inspect not only the breaker, but my complete electrical system. He found some notable concerns, that we were able to address. Great employee Doug was very professional and very clear explaining what he was going to do during estimate after the estimate he explained what needed to be done and why.
The technician was very helpful super kind, and knowledgable. I had a fan installed, it was somewhere around 350 for the total price. Part of the price is the knowledge and expertise. Customer service and the knowledge and expertise was the only reason I was OK with paying that price
We love the service and the fastest way they work in our house. The way Douglas care, listen our problems and come back when I call for help.
