Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Alex was awesome. He was able to diagnose the basic issue and correct it, but also located other potential hazards and fixed those (with our approval) or told us how to DIY it. Very pleased with what he did. Very personable and seemed to express genuine care for our safety.
VERY fast and attentive responses! I reached out to a few different places and felt like this was the only one that was respectful of my time and didn't blow up my phone/text/email and they were understanding with my busy schedule. The techs were so nice, and I didn't feel uncomfortable with them in my home. They were extremely efficient and I felt the price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
