If I could go above 5* I would. Mark, the owner, is so personable, kind, considerate, and honest,*** Super knowledgeable but provides clarification without being technical. I felt very comfortable working with Mark & his team. These guys are seasoned, efficient, professional, and affordable. If Mr. Electric was able to do all my home repairs, I would hire them in a heartbeat. I highly*** recommend Mr. Electric!
Our tech was super awesome. Got us in quick and did a fabulous job. Edit, called them back to repair a circuit the guy got it working again and said if we have any issues to call back it would be the one remaining outlet that wasn’t changed out. That day finally came where that outlet caused it to break again. I was charged 300.00 to have the one outlet replaced, the same one he decided not to replace the first time. Steve Collins was top notch today and worked hard to find the issue to our power outage in our home. We appreciate his hard work and you have a wonderful employee.
Mark, Diaundre and Kenny did a great job replacing the power and fixtures in my daughter’s garden shed. They arrived in the morning as expected and were finished with job by 4pm. They were all friendly, professional and easy to communicate with.
