Mr. Electric seems to be a very well-run outfit. I never encounter long hold times (or even hold times at all), and they always seem able to fit me into an appointment that's in my time frame. My most recent electrician, Jacob Johnson, was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The only thing I can't evaluate given my knowledge base is the pricing; I have no idea how their prices compare because I'm too lazy to have several different companies come out and furnish me with bids. On a recent Friday afternoon, a passing truck snagged my power line and pulled my meter box clear off the wall of my house. I called a couple of companies but Mr. Electric was the first that would be able to get someone out that very evening. Jacob took a look, came up with a plan, and give me an estimate that evening, then came back the next morning with the necessary parts. I had a great experience with Mr. Electric. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and the quality of work was excellent. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and trustworthy, and they really delivered. I’d absolutely recommend Mr. Electric to anyone looking for honest, efficient, high-quality electrical work.
