Really bad. After finding Mr. Electric online, I requested an online quote for EV installation in which Rich blew my phone up until I answered (I was at work). When I had a chance to call back he set me up with someone to provide us a quote, which turned out to be a manager. Two hours after the scheduled quote appointment time, a manager showed up for a quote and he was awesome, he was courteous, no BS, etc. he set us up with an installation date and time. Jeff is outstanding to work with. Outside of doing an incredible job, he made it a flawless experience with the experience and working with the insurance company. Would 10/10 recommend
Had an electrician (believe Jeff?) come out. Said he’d call me with an estimate in a few hours, but never called. I called them again a week later to see if they could please give me a follow up, again nothing. Very unfortunate.
