The company completed work on my house nearly three months ago, but they still haven’t submitted the required documentation to my insurance, despite repeated requests from my insurance provider. When I try to contact Dave, I get no response. Although the work itself was ok, they did not provide any verification tests to confirm the work is safe and complete. Paul came out from Mr. Electric and he was fantastic. He was very nice, Personable He explained everything that he was going to do to fix the problem. He came out quickly, and I was very grateful for that. He replaced my smoke alarms.
