I tried avoiding this Breaker box issue for so long. It came to a head and I called Mr Electric because he sounded like a no brainer. Paul came out to give me a guote for new wiring and discovered a broken switch which he immediately replaced for me. He also gave many tips and suggestions for my electrical needs.

They came out identified the issue and quickly fixed it. Did not try to sell me other things that I did not need for my house. Explained the process and answered any questions that I had. Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience working with Mr Electric. Very easy to schedule our service appointment within 2 days. Communication with the electrician was first rate. Initially received a call informing me that they were on their way to the house. From there I received updates throughout the day regarding progress. All work was completed as requested. Pricing very competitive. I would not hesitate to use Mr Electric again and definitely recommend them for all of your electrical work.

It’s unfortunate that I had to give one star. I had Jeff Knots out for an estimate on electrical work and it’s now been over a week and no response whatsoever. Clearly this is not how you conduct business. I was told how to claim it on my insurance but how can you when I never received an estimate.
