Dave was great! Came out within a hour, assessed the issue, and let me know it was a comed drop line that was too small and causing the problem. He coached me through what I needed to tell them the problem was and didn’t even charge me for stopping out.
Great company to work with. We had an electrical emergency that knocked out our power. Mr. Electric was here quickly and installed new hardware as a power surge destroyed the original system. Would strongly recommend them to other customers.
They were on top of things. He even waited until ComEd was on the phone with me. And he made sure we were there 1st Priority. Mr. Electric gets a 10/10. Thanks Again. Also ComEd will be here in a Hour and a half. My Husband has to be on Oxygen, they agent said you should have called and I called 3 Different Times.
The technicians worked all day to fix our electricity that was destroyed during a tornado in our area. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. They were very knowledgeable and thorough!
