I am updating this review after the company has since called us back to clear up the miscommunications. They had applied a discount after speaking with the technician which we felt still was not enough. After speaking about what the prices were in the area and why we chose their company over others, they were able to give us a better price that matched the work and effort on our project. I’ve been using Mr. Electric to make repairs on numerous commercial properties and every time it’s exceptional work! Sonny always shows up ready to conquer whatever tasks I throw his way and always leaves me more than satisfied! I would recommend them to anybody that needs any electrical work - big or small jobs!
Would recommend to anyone who needs electric service done. I inquired about getting my outlets fixed and was able to book online which was easy for me. My electrician Louay went above and beyond when he arrived. He checked all my outlets to be sure I got everything fixed in one trip and went as far as explaining the process. He also checked my circuit box and was able to give me a quote for an updated one and explained that process to me as well.
