I am sorry but would not recommend Mr. Electric to someone. When I initially booked the appointment I was informed the diagnose was free but for work would charged (I have that in email). On the day of job before arrival technician called and stated there would be a diagnose charge and I stated that was free. On arrival the rep did not perform any diagnosis and stated the breaker replacement will cost over $500 (Yes I mean) and they would not confirm if that would fix the issue. The technician arrived at my home around 4 he was on the phone snd finally came in around 430. Well, he finally got the ring doorbell installed outside of my home and I paid him 149.00. I happen to look after a few hours and the doorbell was not working. I called the next day and asked about the tech coming back to install properly. Tech stated a transformer was blown and I had to pay again another 120.00. I would not recommend the service was terrible.

James is fantastic. Feeling great about my home again. He was joined in the late afternoon by Ryan. Also fantastic gent and tech. Services under what I thought it would cost -- and better than I could have imagined. Mr. Electric is my new super hero -- and Stan Lee would agree.

Called this guys because other electric company could not work around my schedule to setup my home to run a generator. Mr. Electric of Durham not only worked around my schedule, but was a lot cheaper than the other company. Jim, the technician, was very punctual, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I highly recommend this company.
