I am a new homeowner and recently had Mr Electric come out for two separate jobs. First to install GFCI outlets throughout the house (end of May) which went well, though I was charged for one extra outlet that was never done. Next to have a new circuit for the electric fireplace installed (beginning of July), and was sold on a lot more. The original electrician had said our meter main disconnect was 100 amps (matching our 100 amp panel), but the second said it was only 60, so we decided to get this upgraded as well. I made an appointment for an estimate. Received email confirmation and reminder. I stayed home for the 4-hour window. No one showed up and no communication to let me know they would not be coming. When I emailed them they offered to reschedule but this shook my confidence in them so I'm going with another company.
Joe was the best and really helped us out!
