Amazing experience: we scheduled a time, Scott called en-route, arrived on time, listened carefully to the issues, diagnosed the (tricky) cause of the problem, conferred just right on the new line, and executed it all perfectly. Oh, and did I say personable? He spotted the accordion a friend just loaned, and then we geeked out about music. No rush, just good human connection. I'd hang out with him any time. I can't remember a better service experience.
