We scheduled Mr.Electric to check on a short in a light fixture. We initially had to reschedule and they were understanding and came out within a couple of days! He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He answered questions, did the prescribed work in a timely manner. We were pleased and would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone experiencing electrical Issues!

Great experience! This experience began with the front office staff and ended with a thorough explanation by the technician. My problem was handled in a rapid and professional manner! I will definitely recommend Mr Electric to my family and friends!

We hired Mr Electric to do a short final connection of our new solar system. They sent a young man out who said they had never done this and needed help figuring it out. The electrical engineer who had designed the system came out and met them the next day. The owner and another technician came the next day and were very rude to the engineer. They ended up using our supplies - wire, conduit, etc. The owner went to get another fitting and was gone for an hour even though several places to purchase the item were only 10 minute... read more

He stated that his solar system would need to be tied in electrically by and electrician and he inquired if we could do that. In that conversation he mentioned that this would have to be coordinated between two other people, the Solar representative and the Utility Company. The "Free Estimate" procedure they mention is sketchy at best and the "NO Trip Charge" is pretty much a scam. I was grossly overcharged before inspection began and the work needed was MINIMAL!!! In our initial contact through email she stated that she would like a quote for work. She also mentioned she had tried to fix this problem herself and that she needed help at this point. I was very disappointed in my experience. The pricing I was given of over $800 for a simple job of 2 to 3 hours worth of work did not make sense. They do not price hourly, so certain smaller jobs such as mine just are not likely to be priced appropriately. I was also disappointed in the explanation that I received from the technician and the office manager.
