Need dryer plug replaced They we prompt, polite, explained what needed to be done. I have their number in my phone and when I need them in the future. Highly recommended them for any electrical issues. Thank you!
The technician was very nice, but the nearly 300 dollar bill after his free estimate just because it was Saturday when there website said open. I thought regular hours were normal not emergency, take, take, take that's what everyone does today so not surprised.
Storm damage required new masthead and new Electrical meter box. Richie & Richie Volk(father/son) came out to assess damage and had it repaired in 2 days. They also solved an issue with my generator, allowing us to move back in the house before power was restored. Hope I never have to use them again, but highly recommend. Tom, the owner was prompt in getting info to the Insurance Co.
Richie and Richard were so friendly and helpful. They installed 2 lights for us quickly and left no mess behind. Not even the old lights. I appreciate that. They let us know when to expect them and arrived on time. I highly recommend Mr. Electric
