Mr Electric was quick to respond to my call for help. Luke responded in a knowledgable, professional, communicative and personal way. He promptly fixed the issue and then conducted the complimentary survey of my home which was both welcomed and helpful. I think I’ve found my “go to” electrician!!!
It was very easy to make an appointment and Luke came on schedule. After I described what I wanted done he explained what the process would look like from beginning to end. The company offers a free electrical inspection. Luke did the inspection as well as looking at what he needed to do to solve my problem. Richard from mr. electric did a great job installing a new vanity light and an exhaust fan. He also instructed an assistant during the job. He listened as i described the issues we were having and offered insight and advice on future work needed. Richard was very thorough, efficient and personable as a skilled electrician. I have already scheduled follow up work using mr. electric, Richard and his hardworking assistant.
